We originally started looking in Seattle’s Green Lake, Phinney Ridge and Ravenna neighborhoods for a starter home in early part of 2019 and even though she’s based in Bellevue she was more than willing to work with us outside of her normal areas. Six months into our search, we found out that we were going to be adding to our family and needed to drastically change our home search. She quickly shifted our search to help us find more of a forever home and showed us some wonderful options. We settled on one that was a great match; wonderful neighborhood, great schools and best of all, move in ready and put an offer in somewhat desperate to get something that would work for us now. When that family declined our offer we were extremely disappointed and wanted to go back right away with a new offer. Tammy worked with us to understand that later 2019 was a buyers’ market and we should look at a few other options to be sure this house was the one for us before we went back for another offer.

And was she ever Wright (right)! We kept looking and we found our dream home just a few weeks later. This home was not just a house that we could live in for a few years before we outgrew it, it was a home we knew immediately we wanted to stay in forever. And we know Tammy is the reason we found it and didn’t just settle for something that was good for us short term. If she hadn’t been honest with us when we got that initial rejection, we would be in that good for right now house that would have ended up not working for our expanding family.

Tammy, comes with a wealth of knowledge and unique viewpoints for the greater Bellevue area because she has lived and raised her family here.
